Checkered Fist are a Newcastle trio who formed in 2007. After the success of their This EP, the band are releasing a new EP titled "Psycho Billy Unleashed" also here in the pug shop, If you are into drummers jumping around a drum kit, a guitarist's standing on top of anything he can and tiny double bass player's slapping like a mad man while standing on his bass, then this band is a "must see".

They have played 62 gigs in the past 18 months, and have upcoming shows in Melbourne, Wollongong, Canberra and Queensland.
